The grass turned out fine at a reasonable price.But it was shockingly rude service all round. Cold reception in person, simply urging us to go home and order over the phone. Snappy and impatient over the phone. And when the grass was dropped off, it was left in front of our house for hours even though we were home because there was no knock, call or text message to say it had been dropped off.

Customer service was apathetic.

The only place to get turf. Julie is great to deal with over email and delivery is spot on. All turf types have been delivered in amazing condition and have turned into great lawns - as a landscaper I couldn’t recommend them highly enough

They were great to deal with on the phone and easy to order. Pick up was easy and helped me load into my trailer. Great quality lawn and a great price.

I called to enquire on availability of a specific turf. Julie was not helpful and her tone was cold and condescending.I required a significant amount and asked if there would be availability across some rough dates. I was informed that turf is a plant" so they cannot tell me when it will be ready and they are just guessing.I'll let my wallet say the rest and take my business elsewhere."

Refuse to pay for invoiced works after numerous attempts of asking for payment.
